Pretty sure the contract to the Chinese coy "Shanghai Richer Link" wasn't cancelled. They took delivery of two shipments Sept & Nov 2016. The statement from FCW end March re this customer was "they have not placed an order in 2017", that means in the 3 months of 2017 they hadn't ordered. I don't think there is anything stopping them placing an order before the end of 2017 and you never know they could still do so. Therefore FCW wasn't telling a mistruth. Only stating a fact as of 27th March.
