I might have to disagree with regards to CR. If they are starting deliveries in June, they will already be in production; and they would not have been able to do this if they didn't have enough cash. Also, they have literally 10 business days till June, it would be bad management to wait until the last minute like this for capital raising - they should be working at min 3-6 months in advance.

They also have $4.2mil cash at end of last quarter. Lastly, they would have tried for CR at peak price, not as it dropped.
