They also have $4.2mil cash at end of last quarter. Lastly, they would have tried for CR at peak price, not as it dropped.

Further to above I think management don't want to dilute too much , example - half of the shares are in escrow , will come online only between 12-24 months !!! So I akso think there won't be any CR , all market want to see us finished product and we are off !!!
