He told me that the private ruling relates to the treatment of the flow of some of the money from the subsidiaries up to ACR .
He said they want certainty on that before declaring the dividend and moving all the necessary funds which is fair enough.
They said they will declare it and announce dates as soon as they have certainty.
There intention was to declare and pay in March, they are just being held up.
