Given the current circumstances it's a little difficult to predict the market's reaction from one day to the next, let alone a few weeks or months, lol :)

If Europe/US sort themselves out, people will come back to small cap/speccies so that could drive action just in and of itself.

That said, I wouldn't necessarily assume a negative reaction to the cap raising. At the moment, the CR is being done at a premium to the SP (i.e. they're raising at 20c while the SP is effectively ~17c).
