I fully agree. They play an important part and would have been very influential with excellent contacts and they seem to have a friend in the very highest of places. Fits in nicely with this.

I think you are right that CVI won't take off until the Kwanza ann but don't think for a minute that Dos Santos is not very aware of CityView, they are very high on the Presidents radar.
