The biggest problem is what @sinkorswim and @ozblue have been saying. The potash price has fallen from 400/t in 2013 to ~ 200/t today or a bit more.

So for GXY this means the USD 38,000,000 per annum has now dropped to USD 19,000,000 and when you take this off the old NPV is a massive hit over a 10 year period.

I am not saying to not invest in GXY if you like their story / the management / etc then great.

My personal preference is hard rock and I think the best placed company is PLS.

But hey I am biased I am invested in it... lol.

Everyone please do your own research. It is good for the forum to have @juk  and @HappyCats because you need people that make you question your trades.

So on a serious note regardless of whether or not I agree with you @juk thanks for contributing.
