I already have years ago, worked a treat.

BTW that what happens when I doesn't read whole thread, as I thought you meant anger management to the murders.

Anger management should be applied at first sign of aggression, not after they kill some one.

The recent King hit killer had many previous signs of anger, which Judges and the Justice system failed to address.
