Judging by the share holdings in the annual report, the instos such as African lion, comm bank, RMB along with most of the other shareholders will have to vote the same way and Stagg will have to vote the same way or abstain , otherwise it will be tough to outvote regan.
It would be more helpful if they hurry up with the JORC announcement and just get on with it
