There'll be an election sooner rather than later, IMO,
because once job keeper/job seeker is withdrawn the
economic crows will come home to roost.
The fire and covid government handouts will likely come in at $300 billion
which is over 15% of GDP and the Chinese trade barriers have not
fully been accounted for yet, IMO. Once that dries up the economy will
have to stand on its own feed rather than enjoying fake growth on the taxpayer's tit.
The current sex drama, however, may delay the election a few months
until the government gets back in charge of the political agenda; otherwise
there will be another leadership challenge. It was interesting to watch
Dutton's smirk# at question time today while he watched Morrison wrestle with the
recent sex affairs and how inept/inadequate the Government's response is.
All IMO only..
