Rudd is all over the place, saying he is governing Australia.

If that is the case why doesn't he clarify an election date?

If he is not going to the polls until November, then he should bring back parliament so the govt can be held accountable for its expenditure.

Every day RUdd is calling for a debate with Abbott. Different topic every time. He is looking more and more frantic, imo.

BRING BACK PARLIAMENT, MR RUDD. Then debates can indeed take place.
