    ah yes, the old rsi of the brain! know it well, sometimes have to reduce my trade size to almost nothing before i get back in the swing and start enjoying it again. Funny, but you can often build your account size nicely and steadily when using a small trade size because the pressure is off, but it takes longer. remember too that shorting is more risky than goig long, for theoretical and practical reasons, but they all say the same story. So if you're a bit risk adverse atm you could wait for a major support to be found and the market start to move up before going long. Might take a bit of patience tho. cheers!
