Does that sound fair? Believe me it ain't always pretty on the other side of the fence.
We offer a lot of moral support though, so when you start to go quietly crazy from all that moderating you've got a few sympathetic shoulders to cry on.

The crazy part of my suggestion is that I even like Goblin, but I'm afraid if I happily agreed to have him back it would be akin to battered moderator syndrome.
