Why do you want sell your assets?
1. When you need money
2. you have exceptional gains and better to cash out
It was always no1. For us and our needs of money is really low which means we want maximum of No2 or we will utilise it ourselves to make more.
If anyone wants to buy then they will have to pay us good money otherwise no more fire sell.
