Well, jim, my recently deceased father was a vehement hater of communism and socialism.
Not long before he died, while watching an article on telly about the chaos and poverty due to the disintegration of the Russias with the death of communism, he turned to me and said: " I hate to say this, but I think they were better off under communism.."
