Alas, communism doesnt work because of human nature, especially greed and a hunger for power. one of the tenets of communism is that:"all men are equal." but there always emerges a ruling class that is a lot more equal than others. Although I was brought up anti-communist, I concede it is the only form of government for large populations such as China.There is also strong communist feeling in parts of India. While working in India, I saw quite a few communities flying the "hammer and sickle" flag.
If communism was purged from China, it too would disintegrate in a similar fashion to the Russias.
