if the timing is as we are expecting then listing will come before contract with the military - ie. we are told listing is now Sept. and we are told final select is later in the year.
Now - that is what we are told -- that is not what might happen - those are our understandings - who knows - apparently the SEC sometimes has holdups with listings for unknown reasons - AJX can only put out what it thinks.
Military - ?????? the whole game has changed in what we are told in the last few months - so, will it change further? ---------- so far, the downside has been that we don't have a contract that we were expecting - the upside is that we are more sure of a contract than ever - and it appears to be going from a tiddler to a whooper.
As to "Who are the major competitors for this contract - Cordura? Massif? do we know who we're up against for it?"
Well - I assume you mean the FR part of the deal ------------- well, from what I hear there are only two runners ----------- us and the original supplier - who is in breach of the Berry amendment AND whose product is hmmmmmmmmmmm - well, to put it bluntly - complete crap.
That's it - there isn't anyone else in the race - and, I suspect - the competitor who is left in with us is there for ??? perhaps looking like it's a race - or for backup, just in case we falter technically (which they should realise we won't because we have been in the cot together for long enough) - or for backup in case GR, NC and all the staff bugger off to a tropical Island with all the company money and we are broke - which, is probably the highest probability of those three but, still highly unlikely - but, you never know.
Na - really - the Military should be done and dusted -------- the ONLY thing that IMO is up for grabs is just how quick the rollout is - and how far through the services we sweep - and, that is a big question - we shall see just how good NC is at wining and dining with the brass - how good the contacts are.
My guess is a very positive run - judging by the pics of cavorting with Generals in Washington and with our strategic boardroom moves - you can only guess from this distance, but, it looks good to me.
As to the Outdoor contract - well, maybe we shall learn more this week as one of our members was told ------ numbers -- ? I believe revenue internal is about $5 million - give or takeish ----------------- NO idea what the Asian deal is - size or anything really.
Once we get some earnings - which will show at the end of this half - and again after calendar year end - and we should be listed by then ------------ yes, the PE will be interesting -
and, yes - we definitely will have penetrated a swag of sectors by then - they will all be adding up nicely ---- AND, many, if not most of the contracts in place will be expanding - all by their little selves.
Tents will probably do a lovely expansion into or before next year - and mattresses - 'assuming' we get a run (which is pretty well odds on) - might be ok this year - pretty enough - but, 2016 ------- hmmm, if the market likes the product and the marketing gets going - well, bugger - there are a LOT of beds in the world.
So, that is just a small example - and when the market actually gets more and more to see more sectors penetrated, rising sales in existing contracts - cash flow building - all the usual - well, I really have no idea how far the PE will go.
Anyway - that's next year (and 2017 as well) - we have to get through 2015 first - and, there is a hell of a lot of water to go under the bridge yet.
Still a lot of courage needed to hold - the business is ok - it's the emotion in trading range that is problematic for many. They know the pressure is building - they just can't separate the thinking from the feeling.
Lets face it - if after last monday - the SP had have moved to a new high -- everyone would have been doing handstands --------- CR the best thing since sliced bread - insto's are our best mates
What people tend to forget is what the end game objective is ------------------- sell the stock for 10 bucks - or similar.
It's like a long distance race ----- say 20 kilometres - what you see happening at the 5 kilometre mark is no indication of what is going to happen as the first person breaks the tape -
during the race - you see lots of strategy - lots of changing places - lots of dirty tricks sometimes - lots of deception ------------- but, the end objective ------- the end of the race -
only a fool judges the ending well before the finish of the race.
BTW -------------- if 'anyone' can see anywhere a minimum price for an ADR can they please post a link ------ we haven't been able to find it at all - we know the stock minimums - but, nothing at all on the adr's - thanks.
As to the heart ------ well, I didn't realise I got it until told a few times - and I didn't realise it disappeared until a few mentioned it ---------- just as long as I don't get awarded a brown r's award - that will do
