yep I would guess from today's trading that someone thinks it won't go through. There might be a large shareholder who is unhappy and threatening the board that they will vote "no". I agree that it may not fall too much if the bid doesn't go through. If TAH can't get it for $7.15, they may even increase their bid. It is a great deal for them, with synergies etc, so I would not be surprised to see them increase their bid, which, if it happened would make the itq board look a little silly.
I also had a phone call from the company today and told them I would probably vote "no" because the board have sold the company for too little. I'm not actually sure which way I will vote, leaning towards "yes" at this point.
