Looks like you've never had anything to do with justice sys and believe the reason for delay is some kind of justification for your optimism.
For your information more than once I had claims a fraction of fraction of fraction of what CHM trying to get and I had to wait well over a year for the verdict.
Just cuz the verdict is being delayed in no way is an indication of validity of CHM's ridiculous claim LOL
