Great thing about yesterdays ann - is we have options galore even after existing test wells (because if you really think about it they are test wells, if you haven't done it b4 in the PB then DD is crucial for the success of future SPUDS). Some are worried about Legal issues, phht! If you sold your house in a down turn and then the new owner made 1000% on the upturn due to DD, hard work and a renovation - would you be a tad jealous or upset? Course you would and this company that wants 25% has clearly breached on so many occasions that they don't have a leg to stand on. Blue skies ahead imo barring World Market turmoil (cmon europe get you finances in order).
