Exactly, if I could manipulate the sp just by posting on HC, I will do that everyday and be rich!
This is seen countless times, delay causes the SP to slide, shaking of ST traders and opens up good entry opportunities. However whether or not the upcoming ann will be a good one, it is for each individual to analyse and decide.
