I have not checked the balance sheet lately but they may as well use any extra cash to purchase shares.
There is no point making acquisitions in my opinion as the global wine market is already flooded and purchasing any additional brands would probably only cannibalise our others.
Also we may as well use the cash before another takeover eventuates, seeing as that is what everyone is holding out for.
