Hi guys, our family have always used chia seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds long term in our pantry. We recently received hemp seeds and hemp seeds oil.
I have mixed hemp seeds with yoghurt. The taste was nutty and so yummy. I could not believe. In the future we will probably replace all the other seeds with hemp seeds due to the nutritional content. I also used the hemp oil for an eczema condition, so far it works well. Haven't require cortisone.
