    @bullofwallstreet yes I am certain. QBL doesn't put themselves in a trading halt, that is for the ASX. QBL had to prove that they had met the requirements of the 14 items voted on and received the cleansing notice orders from court, which they have done both of these things. The ASX then goes over everything to make sure it is all in order and gives them a date to trade.

    QBL can extend the offer of shares for the credit raising as long as they like and can give them to whoever they like. The halt and the credit rating aren't related at this point.

    If the ASX is slow to move, which is highly likely l then QBL will have to issue another tentative date until they get the official date. During this period of waiting I think it is a good idea to keep the CR open. Someone may come along with big money and ask to invest. There is nothing to loose by keeping it open as it is heavily oversubscribed
