    Sorry all, to add to my last comments, I have personally audited 'family run' businesses with turnover in the $100ms of dollars. Sure there are issues of corporate governance in such companies, the need for independent directors, etc at some stage BUT a 'family' committed to the company and its objectives can actually IMO be extremely beneficial to the company and its shareholders.
