If this was in America - the DOJ would have enough here to have an FBI investigation into Morrison and all of his dealings to do with energy - particularly gas and his takeover tactics of government departments
no ICAC is necessary to see the risks to National security here and no ICAC is necessary to see that there are actions that require some sort of security authority to look into the matter.
it's very clear that Oz has some better system setups than America - but, in this case - it's very clear that America has some better security setups (at least philosophically) than Australia
it is NOT enough that the Solicitor General is looking into the matter of the legality of Morrisons actions --
someone needs urgently to be looking at it from a National Security POV.
and - it needs at some stage - to be SEEN as doing such.
