I suspect that the Ex- con note holder might be predicting an upswing/price recovery and they would therefore be buying big volumes now...right back up to the 5's.
What do you reckon? They would have the money surely...?
If so: Please Mr ex con holder, eeeasy as she goes, we don't want a speeding ticket. But if it pleases you, buy to your hearts content before a bigger fish does.
