Shame the directors with mining experience have gone.

Hopefully, the Board is already in negotiations with buyers of the media assets & parties regarding the acquisition of mining asset(s). End of the day, our investment value will depend upon how much they pay for the mining asset (ie dilution) & the quality of the mining asset brought in (which should also bring on Board directors with mining experience).

The Board has mining connections (if the previous directors with mining expertise left on good terms, these connections should be good) & IF they do their calculations based upon a 10-15cents/share post-acquisition valuation, they will get Broker attention (& the majority of shareholders should be happy!).
