Raw, I think the fact they (AGS) have mentioned the RCR report in the "Background" section of the announcement is the best indication of a potential buyout figure. Given there has been further discovery since the report was published, hopefully it means our share is worth closer to 70c rather than 50c.
The obvious question is how much of it will shareholders see? Will management have the balls to pay out some/all of it?
