I doubt any board will be doing any explaining unless shareholders put the squeeze on.

Anyone had any experience discussing any matters with the Australian Shareholders Association, might be a worthwhile place to start.

Management are incompetent and have had circles run around them by Heathgate/Quasar. How you could launch any action without the required information is disgusting. What faith would you have in management selling at a satisfactory price, very little I would imagine.
