Why proper due diligence as not done in the first place before signing a JV with these people is beyond me. Their reputation preceded them. As a victim of the Compass Resources fiasco. and now this, I would never buy into a company with a JV again and I would sell as soon as one looked likely, especially with foreign companies.
Once again, we are being kept in the dark until it's too late. Meanwhile the authority meant to be looking after shareholders' interests continue issuing their pathetic speeding tickets at the first signs of share price recovery (but never on the way down!).
