LOL with the Yen at 0.3% and the US Fed rate at 1% where do you think the funds are going to speculate? In bonds? Maybe stay in cash?
Money has already started to trickle back into our market and will continue to do so unless you can find a better place to stick all the excess cash being pumped out by the US printing presses.
