Any thoughts how this may get to production asap with no CR . Imo the best way forward would be to farm out 50% of buffalo to Quadrant, utilise jack up rig on lease & drill buffalo appraisal /production well . With the long term leased FPSO first to buffalo allowing more appraisal to Phoenix /Dorado / roc , no CR or finance IMHO
