    Excellent point @Bolesta13.
    Just think about it.
Obviously Carl le Souef is a pretty handy businessman in and of himself and quite the visionary to boot.
He single-handedly funded PO3 for years, keeping it on life support whilst being involved in rebuilding the company, and was smart enough to be involved in co-founding Somnio with PM. Logic would tell you that CLS provided the money, while PM provided the scientific brilliance.
An non-scientist would need to be an excellent judge of character and a true visionary to back PM's scientific genius by committing what must've been tens of millions of dollars to establishing Somnio.
Similarly, they would've required patience to see things through what must've been a winding road until reaching the point where the company is on the cusp of commercialising a number of technologies.
As stated in previous posts, CLS is apparently intensely private. Consequently, he had others on the board in lieu of his own presence representing his interests.
However now, for whatever reason, he steps out of the shadows to make his debut in th epublic domain.
If memory serves correct, at one stage Dilato owned over 95% of PO3 (then WRG) and his reduction in shareholding has been brought about through dilution NOT through sales. Dilato has NEVER sold a share.
For CLS and BP to be able to exit PO3, they have to make the company work.
From their perspective, the share price can be $20 tomorrow and it won't make any difference to them, as they can't sell - and they know it.
Their only way out is to make PO3 work on a fundamental level.
Then perhaps, should they want to, they can either sell the company or start collecting dividends.
This further confirms my conviction that we're onto an enormous winner here, as neither of these proven businessmen would jeopardise their reputations in putting their names to PO3 in the way they have if they had any doubt that their business legacies were to be sullied.
And let's face it, they know better than anyone on HC what's going on with PO3.
