Having BP as Chairman coupled with key players from Somnio and those associated with it now very much in the PO3 tent (see CLS & PM) doesn't exactly suggest anything other than the momentum swinging very much in favour of a very, very interesting run into the end of 2019.

Why would key investors and inventors want to get closer to the PO3 action at this time?

The answer is pretty self evident to me.
