Yes, tukebay, these board changes transform the outlook for PuriflOH.
It would seem Somnio Global has assumed control, at least administratively.
The decision by Carl Le Souef to become a director of a listed company is especially interesting.
Le Soeuf's Dilato group is the majority shareholder in both PO3 and Somnio.
While it's seems logical that he finally join the PO3 board, in some ways he would have have been reluctant to do so.
Shareholders at last years AGM were told that Le Souef was intensely private and that was the key reason he eschewed public board roles.
Further, Steve Morris told shareholders three times that he intended to continue as chairman.
His decision to relinquish the chairmanship and leave the board must have been difficult for him.
Thank you Steve Morris.
As for Simon Lill, he emerges as a local winner.
He is very close to Carl Le Souef, physically sharing offices in South Melbourne.
And a word about Dr Pravansu Mohanty.
Mohanty co-controls Somnio with Le Soeuf and his a key driver of the FRG and a slew of other Somnio technologies.
Anyone drilling into the Somnio patent application posted on PO3 website would conclude that the man is uber-smart, even a genius.
This new, pedigreed PuriflOH board seems set to majorly impact American markets.
The SP should respond with a fitting salute.
