Roseattorn you are correct at best it is marginal. Unless the directors release a very positive update over the next 3-4 working days, you can kiss the spp goodbye.
Shareholders will probably need to organise their financial affairs to avail themselves of the opportunity to take up the offer, the longer haw leave an announcement the less chance of raising the capital required. Come on guys bring on the news.
