Re: Announcement of Proposed Offering and Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Unilife Corporation (Unilife) hereby requests a trading halt be
implemented with immediate effect in respect of all of Unilife's CDIs quoted on ASX.
Unilife is requesting this trading halt to allow the proposed offering to be completed in the United States
during a time when the shares of common stock (and the CDIs which correspond to the shares of common
stock) are not trading.
Unilife expects the trading halt to be in place until commencement of trading on ASX on Tuesday 3
February 2015 or until its earlier announcement concerning the proposed offering.
A further announcement containing more detailed information about the offering will be released to ASX
after the terms of the offering have been determined. Unilife notes that the offering will not result in the
issue of more than the maximum number of shares which Unilife is permitted to issue without shareholder
approval under ASX Listing Rule 7.1.
Unilife is not aware of any reason why this request should not be granted and is not aware of any other
relevant information in relation to this request.
If you have any questions regarding this matter please contact Mr John Ryan (General Counsel) on (+1 917
204 9525) or Mr Jeff Carter (ASX Liaison Officer) on (+61 2 8346 6500).
