TDA - I don't think the info you posted about quarterly results in applicable to the 4c. It seems to be speaking to the availability of financials with respect to the prospectus. I suspect the 4c will be forthcoming. Has someone with the company indicated differently? I would also think an official notice of late filing would be in order if that were the case.
