i agree that valuation basis STO is a buy now.
but i also think valuations dont have much power in a capitulation market - and WTI/Brent ouil both appear to be ready to enter the down leg of a cpaitulation phase 'head and shoulders' pattern to me.
or its a really sloppy flag pattern - but i dont think so given fundamentals.
if that proves to be the case - you'll be able to buy sto under $4.
