Another option would be al nice little dividend to drive price up which the Chinese will get 89% of anyway, with such small volume available to trade the stock would jump up quickly and not affect thier holding as I imagine the Chinese won't release thier shares until they get the premium they want on the hi exchange.

Maybe pay the divy in bullion, that would be nice.
