Depends what your terming a re-rate.
I can see it increasing back to around the 3c mark short term... if your wanting bags your going to need to wait until the JV docs are finalised and the drilling underway or at least resulted.
The MC is $32.5 mil so i would be looking for more of a gradual climb rather then instant gratification.
