I don't see where I've been critical Zaeed.

I was just trying to stop people losing their shirt by rushing in and buying yesterday because of all the outrageously pumping posts on HC . So I really hope no one did though it looked like it looking at the market action .As soon as I saw this thread and MD's tweeting about other deals and all that other crap it raised my skeptical radar.

The sophs are in at 1.8 ,some of those might like to take a twist when they get their stock but by the same token they wouldn't have put their money up unless they thought that was a decent price ,as I did , so I think they're fairly valued now.

Your point about valuation is misguided because you're presuming that this stock was reasonably valued before the acquisition ,which it wasn't ,it was miles too high for a shell with that number of shares on issue . Happy to be corrected if anyone can point out otherwise.

But everything looks good on paper ,now the hard work starts , good luck to everyone.
