you both provide interesting views on what their plans are and its always fun speculating on what they may or may not do, but the fact is they have always said drilling in Italy would be late 2007/early 2008 and followed it up by saying in their latest update Q2 was now the aim.

KR and the guru team would not want to delay their drilling plans in Italy 1 - Oil prices all time high, 2 - will need to at least get some action happening in Italy to get the heads above 35 cents.

think about it, if they come out and say we are delaying drilling until the end of the year or start of 2008 and concentrating on Tanzania, then I think you will find it will be alot harder to get the SP above 35 cents come March 09, unless of course, KN1 is as big as a discovery as we are hoping for. But that is a big risk IMO.
