Indeed not. However, they keep doing placements to purchase some very good ground. Sooner or later that will be realised by the market.

The placements and delays mean that it will be later rather than sooner, however I believe that it will rise better for what has been done eventually than if they did everything they could for short term gain.

By the end of the year, there will be a bunch of resources gift wrapped to be on the shopping lists of majors. By the end of 2009, I don't think there will be a Cityview any longer - although I may well be able to afford a much better City View!
