The best thing rusted-on conservative voters can hope for is that Abbott will be gone come Tuesday. As PM, he's Labor's best asset. He actually makes Bill Shorten look good. Turnbull will hopefully drag the Libs back towards the centre and a more compassionate, coherent platform with policies they can deliver. Oh and the nonsense about the ABC is just that - nonsense. 'Shoot the messenger' only works if you have facts to back it up.
