The vote should clearly be NO to renumeration report and NO to the extra placement facility (why more dilution when we are loaning cash to directors!?) ... Washer ... he at least bought his own stock prior to loans, so write your own ticket, but abstaining sends a message for them to do better without risking a director with a lot of stock dumping without oversight.
