You have to hand it to the Chinese they dug holes in Australia and made mountains with our minerals unchallenged or taxed more than they should be. Why then wouldn't they stop production and manufacturing to bring down the price of oil so they can go full steam ahead with low cost energy to manufacture again using the mineral stock piles. They can do what they want because they don't have a media or "democratic" society like we do where you have to account for every move you make.
