And that Arthur is probably the single best reason for caution. When everyone else is saying buy banks it is time to consider getting out.
That said it is a brave person who shorts bank stocks. That said I got short CBA this morning at $34.90. It is not a long term trade and does not reflect my view that banking stocks are a core part of a portfolio.
