    Well well stage one complete, just as predicted, rents are increasing in Bris and its become very tough to find a rental in Bris!

    Stage 2 will be house prices (for non flood effected property there obviously) to follow northward.

    Want a hot property in 2011? Buy an investment property in Brissy folks!
